Port Townsend Shipwrights

The Port Townsend Shipwrights formed in 1981 by a group of like minded craftsman brought together by their love of wooden boats and craftsmanship. The Shipwrights Co-op survives 30 years later with 13 members still servicing the Alaska fishing fleet, motor vessels and sailing vessels of the Pacific Northwest.

The Port of Port Townsend’s Boat Haven is the larger of the two local marinas accessed from Port Townsend Bay and Admiralty Inlet. Our location in Boat Haven provides us with access to small and large (60, 70 and 330-ton) travel lifts, high-pressure washdown facilities, and the convenience of a full-service marina.
