RECIPE CANAPE’ TARTUFATI AL FORMAGGIO

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano®
  • 1/4 cup sweet butter
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons white truffle paste
  • 12 slices of toasted bread, 1/2 inch thick, 3 to 4 inches wide
  • A pinch of black pepper

How to make Canape’ tartufati al formaggio :

Put the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to a cream like consistency.

Use as a dip or spread on slices of toasted bread cut into triangles

Serves 4-6
