SFOGLIATINE CON RAGUSANO E MIELE

Ingredients

2 lb. puff pastry
12 oz. Ragusano cheese, first salting
1 slightly beaten egg
2 tbsp. butter
2 oz. flour

How to make the Pastry Envelopes with Ragusano and Honey:

Roll out the pastry and cut into triangles. Arrange the Ragusano cheese over the pastry and cover it with another triangle of pastry. Brush with the egg. Place the pastry in the fridge for 5 minutes.

Butter and flour a cookie sheet, place the pastries on it and bake at 400’F for 15 minutes. Serve drizzled with honey.
