Asparagus grows right in the heart of the valley 'Etschtal'.
The fertile soil is practically ideal for it. Year after year in springtime,
gourmets and asparagus fans enjoy wonderful dishes during these special
weeks. Accompanied by a special Sauvignon, which is known to be an ideal
wine to accompany asparagus, wonderful meal is certainly guaranteed.
Wine
and many different types of apples grow in the valley, as well as on the
slopes of the mountains. In springtime, when everything blossoms, this
creates a beautiful picture! There are many sunny paths, which lead you
through the valley and across the high plateau of the Tschögglberg. An
enchanting discovery for hiking fans.
A special experience
• Walking through a sea of apple blossom - enchanted by lovely
fragrances …
• The ascent to the legendary Castle Maultasch …
• Discover the secrets of asparagus cultivation …
