During the month of February, towns all over the
province of Trento celebrate Carnival.
Most festivities include costumed parades and all sorts of local folklore,
along with alot of good food and harmless carousing. Here are some of the
best:
- Andalo: Competition for masqueraders on staves
- Campitello di Fassa: Ladin Carnival
- Canazei: Carnival of Canazei
- Madonna di Campiglio: Habsburg Carnival
- Valle di Cembra: Carnival of Grauno
- Valle dei Mocheni: Carnival of Palů
