Risotto al Prosciutto San Daniele


1 cup Italian rice
1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano ®
2 cups broth
4 slices San Daniele prosciutto
2 slices San Daniele prosciutto cut into thin strips

How to make the Risotto with Prosciutto San Daniele:

Prepare a white risotto with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano ®. When the mixture is creamy, spread the rice on a dish and cover it with the thin strips of Prosciutto San Daniele, then arrange the remaining 4 prosciutto slices in the center.
